Artists will be marketed by Chamber during Family Fest

Artists will get an extra marketing incentive when appearing at the 29th Annual Village Hospital Greer Family Fest.
The Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce will promote artists’ CDs and music during the festival and on its Facebook and Twitter sites, said Rudy Painter, Chairman of the Family Fest.
Village Hospital will have educational presence at Family Fest

Sponsoring a community event has its privileges and in Village Hospital’s thinking, it also has a responsibility.
The title sponsor to the 29th Annual Family Fest on May 3-4 will be celebrating the opening of the Gibbs Cancer Center while offering blood pressure checks, diabetes screening and other educational health opportunities with doctors and staff. The Gibbs Center in Greer is scheduled to open the last week in April.
Family Fest Bass tournament registration announced

The 18th Annual Greer Family Fest Bass Tournament is scheduled Saturday, April 13 at Lake Robinson with over 100 competitors expected.
Cash prizes over $3,000 will be awarded and the big fish catch is worth $1,000.
