Absentee voting application is available for Nov. 5 election

Voters in the cities of Greer, Fountain Inn, Mauldin, Simpsonville and Travelers Rest and for public service districts throughout Greenville County, absentee voting is now available for the city elections and public service districts having elections on Nov. 5.

Voters “homebound” or will be out of town on Nov. 5 who need to vote through the mail, call 864-467-7264 to request an application for an absentee ballot. The voter or family member may make this request.

Voters wanting to vote in person using the absentee procedure, the Greenville County Election office will be open Monday through Nov. 4, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Absentee Voting is located in Conference Room H of County Square Office Building, 301 University Ridge, Greenville. Photo identification is required to vote.
