Benton Blount advanced to the round of 7 at Radio City Music Hall during Wednesday's "America's Got Talent".
Benton Blount, a popular singer who entertained fans in the greater Greer area, didn’t have to wait long to learn he was moving forward at America’s Got Talent Wednesday evening.
Blount, from Greenville, found out early in the show he was one of the contestants at this stage to advance to the next round. Results this week included fan voting, which closed at noon Wednesday.
"It’s awesome to have so many people supporting me,” Blount said after he found out he made it through.
Blount will perform in the next round at Radio City Music Hall.
