Lieutenant Colonel David Rogers and Master Sergeant Fred A. Fuller of Blue Ridge High provided outstanding leadership in administering the cadet centered citizenship program. The Blue Ridge High cadets performed exceptionally well and took great pride in leading and accomplishing their unit goals.
