Valentin Kuzev smiled when he told customers at Atlanta Bread Company on Pelham Road he was going to celebrate the arrival of 2014 twice.
“I’m going to celebrate at 5 o’clock at home, in Bulgaria, and here,” he said.
Kuzev talked with his family in Bulgaria via Skype to celebrate New Year’s, seven hours ahead of the arrival of 2014 on the east coast. He said he was staying up to welcome the New Year where he has settled his family.
Kuzev said he will spend the early part of 2014 seeking full-time employment to take advantage of his multiple bilingual skills and marketing experience in New York City and IT education.
