Luke Burke has been added to Bannister & Wyatt law firm. His Burke practices primarily on real estate litigation and corporate law cases.

Burke received his law degree from the University of South Carolina and became a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2011. During his time at USC, he was a distinguished member of the South Carolina Law Review, Order of the Coif and Order of the Wig and Robe.
A native of Downers Grove, Ill., Burke moved to Greenville in 2006. Prior to joining Bannister & Wyatt, Burke served as a litigation attorney for Moon Law. He also holds past experience with the University of South Carolina Intellectual Property Office, where he drafted contracts, licenses and compliance reports, and assisted in obtaining patents for USC inventions.
