Katie Witherspoon, of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce, designed the organization's membership manual that earned best "Advertising and Marketing piece" by its peers in the the Carolinas.

The recognition was received last Thursday at the Carolinas Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives annual Staff Development Conference in Blowing Rock, N.C.
