It was expected and that’s why the Graduation Exercises paused for a short time at the Bi-Lo Center while Chelsea stood at center stage, diploma in hand, to acknowledge the moment with a smile. Chelsea gave a wave to her mother, who was recording the event on her phone, as she left the stage.
Jones was the popular choice for Homecoming Queen this past school year and was the student who best personified the love and respect for all things Greer High School.
