Hannah Cox, from Blue Ridge High School, earns grant from North Greenville University.

 

Hannah Cox, a senior at Blue Ridge High School, has been awarded the Foothills Scholarship by North Greenville University. She was chosen to receive the scholarship on the basis of her academic achievement, school, church, and community involvement.

Cox interviewed and competed for the scholarship during Scholarship Interview Day at North Greenville University on Feb. 26. With satisfactory academic progress, this scholarship will guarantee $48,000 over the course of four years of attendance at North Greenville University.

Cox has been accepted into the Class of 2020 and plans to enroll in August. She is the daughter of Eric and Tracy Cox of Taylors.
