Greer Commission of Public Works has instituted two new customer service rules that began Friday, Sept. 1.
• the utility will no longer do utility reconnects after 5 p.m. for non-payments. Customers are allowed 3 payment extensions a year from June 1 – May 31.
• the customer service lobby and drive-thru hours will be 8-5 p.m. Monday – Friday.
