Creform Corporation, of Greer, a manufacturer of unique products for the design and building of material handling structures and AGVs (automatic guided vehicle) will showcase several of its products at the 2019 Assembly Show, Oct. 22-24, Rosemont, Ill.

The exhibit will feature an NSI AGV which can control up to 50 courses with 128 commands each via human machine interface (HMI) touch screen and built-in radio frequency identification (RFID) for traffic control.

Creform workstations are built using 28-, 32-, or 42-millimeter plastic coated pipe and metal joints and come with a variety of Creform accessories. The workstations can feature an ergonomic lift system with various load ratings capacities and have an adjustable stroke for positioning the work surface to fit an associate’s stature. Creform also builds assembly workstations for operations that benefit from the speed and accuracy associated with pick-to-lights.

Creform carts can be configured as small, general purpose push carts to part-specific custom kitting carts.

Creform flow racks with wide Placon conveyors allow for the handling of heavy totes and assures the totes can be easily moved from conveyors to work areas.

The Creform System is a proven component in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing programs, and the company partners with customers in developing and implementing these programs.
