The Children’s Hospital Development Council of Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center presented council member Keith Doster with Buddy’s Spirit Award at its annual celebration. Doster was chosen to receive the award for his can-do attitude in supporting council initiatives and community outreach efforts.
The council also presented Henry Harrison with the All for the Love of Children Award. The honor goes to a champion for children who serves as an inspiration and role model through community leadership and advocacy efforts. Harrison’s giving of his treasure and time, the Safe Kids coalition, was able to expand into Pickens and Oconee counties.
The Children’s Hospital Development Council of Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center presented seven women each with a Caregiver of the Year award for their special caring for children and families: Denise Reisner, Elizabeth Johnson, Amanda Burnett, Margaret Green, Betty Garrett, Sarah Pierce and Gina Blohm.
