James Carter is relocating his store from Fountain Inn.
Services offered are tailoring, laundry and dry cleaning from Master’s Mark Dry Cleaners, shoe shine and shoe repair. Carter makes custom bow ties.
Carter was putting the finishing touches on the store Monday including a bar to serve beverages to women shopping for men.
