Heart Wellness Program (299 East Pearl Street)
WomenHeart is a support group, led by a Mayo Clinic- trained facilitator, for women to express their feelings with a peer group who understand the emotional toll of a heart disease diagnosis. This group meets on the third Wednesday of each month and is open to any woman who has a history of heart disease.
Lunch will be provided.
