  • Roasted Airline Chicken over Sweet Creamed Corn and Herbed Walnuts

  • Pan Crusted Trout with a Smoky Cider Broth, Toasted Kamut, and Braised Collard Greens

  • Pumpkin Creme Brûlée with Toasted Maple Marshmallow Ginger Snap Crunch
