Join our Culinary Instructor Chef Courtney McKnight and Sommelier David Soper from the Country Vintner at Plate 108 for a sensual evening of learning how to create delicious dishes starring various aphrodisiacs! Wines will be perfectly paired with each dish and available for sale at the end of the class. What better way to spend the evening with your loved one?

Appetizer:

  • Honey Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs

 

Entrée:

  • Chicken & Asparagus w/ Roasted Garlic and Lemon

  • Macerated Strawberries & Shortcakes

  • Fresh Raw Oysters w/ Cucumber Mignonette (Chef Demo)
