Join us at Plate 108 for another delectable wine and food tasting!  We will feature five new comparative samplings in order to demonstrate the varying levels of body, tannin, sweetness or dryness, fruity or earthiness of each of the selected wines. Throughout the evening, you will also enjoy perfectly paired appetizer bites with each wine.   Wines will be available for purchase, a chance for you to stock up on some excellent wines at great prices – they also make fabulous gifts!  This month we will be featuring American wines.

• Shaved Fennel Apple and Arugula Salad with Mango Vinaigrette
• Baked Lobster Mac and Cheese
• Grilled Buffalo Chicken Satay with Clemson Blue Cheese
• Beef Sliders on Jalapeño Cheddar Bun, Bacon Jam, and Pub Chips
• Sweet Potato Cake
