Greer and Easley will try again this evening at 6 p.m. to complete their first-round American Legion playoff series at Stevens Field.

Greer has a 6-3 lead in Game 4 of the best-of-five series. Rain halted the game Friday and postponed the completion of the game on Saturday and Sunday. The storm at Easley knocked out power at Alice Mill Park. Easley leads the series 2-1.

If Greer wins this evening a second game will be played 30 minutes later to determine the series winner.

The Greer-Easley winner will host Spartanburg at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the best-of-five series. Spartanburg’s home games are at Duncan Park Stadium. Spartanburg beat Rock Hill last week.
