GreerToday.com has been selected by Greer High School to produce its 2012 game football program. The cover and content will change every home game.

This year’s program will be full color - advertising and news - and include content featuring player profiles, game previews, rosters, up to date standings, week-by-week scores and statistics. Greer’s fall sports will have its own section and content, and a weekly update on its seasons as they progress.

Cheerleaders and the Greer marching band will also share the magazine-like program with stories, rosters and photos.

One of the most significant changes will be the cover introducing some of Greer High School’s top student-athletes.

Mark Tucker, the designer of GreerToday.com, and successful artist and illustrator, has produced the concept of this unique football program. “The concept is driven more to the younger audience which is our target audience,” Tucker said. “It’s a little bit edgy and hopefully it will start up some good conversations on design.”

Advertising prices remain the same as 2011, but there is added value this year. Besides the full color presentation each advertiser can request a QR code that will be located on the ad and take smart phone users directly to their websites.

GreerToday.com’s multimedia platform will be used throughout the program with its print/video/audio package. Fans will be able to link from the program to watch and listen to Greer players introducing themselves.

Debbie Brown is the ad representative for the program and will be visiting businesses interested in ad purchases. Brown has been a loyal Greer High School supporter through the years and has helped nurture the Miss Greater Greer pageant into one of the most successful in the state. This past year Brown helped coach Greer queens to first-runner-ups in the Miss South Carolina and Miss South Carolina Teen pageant last month.

Advertisers may contact Brown at [email protected] or
call 416-1118.
