Greer Police golf tournament benefits 'Cops for Tots'

The City of Greer Police Department’s annual “Cops for Tots” Charity Golf Tournament at Greer Country Club is next Thursday, Nov. 8.

Police Chief Dan Reynolds said the seasonal golf tournament benefits the Cops for Tots program that helps provides toys for children in Greer during the holidays.

Entry fee is $400 per foursome in the Captain’s Choice tournament. Registration is 11:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Prizes for top finishing teams, closest to the pin and a car give away for a hole-in-one will be given away. Lunch is provided.
