Happy Friday.

Here’s an update on my new exercise routine I mentioned last week. I found the class that works for me.

I love the Body Flow (combination yoga and Pilates) at an athletic club after sitting all day. I realized through these classes, two nights a week and Sunday afternoon, I have not stretched some of the muscles in years. It has been fun and I am so thrilled that I made the choice to do so.

The energy that has come from my exercising has increased dramatically. My husband and I walk for 30-45 minutes through our neighborhood after dinner, rather than sitting on the sofa until bedtime.

I love the encouragement from Dr. Andersen’s blog on exercise and it's benefits.

"The best you can do for your health is not to lament what you could have done in the past but to make the most of the body and the time that you have now. You don’t need to sign up for an Iron Man competition or become an ultra-marathon runner to enjoy the benefits of exercise. If exercise is not a regular part of your routine, start small, and consider connecting with a personal trainer, your health coach (me), or take an online health challenge."

Send an email or a picture to update me on your weight loss or daily exercise routine. If you don't have an exercise routine when do you plan to start one? You'll be so happy when you do and you will have fun.

Blessings,

Lisa
