Ideas sought today at Kids Planet planning workshop

A community workshop is planned on Tuesday (April 17) between 5-8 p.m. at the Events Center at Greer City Hall to discuss the version of Kids Planet at Century Park.

 No formal presentation is planned. Residents are invited to stop by during the three-hour event to view concepts and share their ideas with City staff and members of Alta Planning + Design. 

Visitors will learn more about the project background and the park's history. Interactive input stations that allow guests to share their ideas.

The workshop follows master planning officials meeting with students to seek their input on park structures and design.

All ages are invited to the drop-in. Call Parks and Recreation at 864-848-2190 with questions.
