The International House of Pancakes (IHOP) is tentatively scheduled to open its Greer store in mid-March at Suber Commons at the corner of Wade Hampton Blvd. and Suber Road.

A spokesperson told GreerToday.com that was the best guess based on typically sized units built without regard to weather and other construction influences. The timeline for jobs interviews was not available.

IHOP, owned by DineEquity of Glendale, Calif., is the anchor tenant at Suber Commons.  Doctors Express opens Saturday and Greer Family Dental opened last month. A 2,000-plus square foot suite remains unoccupied.

Hogan Construction constructed Suber Commons and RealtyLink  is marketing the project.

IHOP offers 65 different signature, made-to-order breakfast options and a range of meals under 600 calories. It also offers lunch and dinner items.

As of June, IHOP had 1,553 restaurants in 50 states and the District of Columbia as well as in Canada, Guatemala, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the United Arab Emirates.
