A new fast-casual chicken concept is coming to downtown Greer.
Ira’s Chicken will be located at 107 South Main Street with tentative opening date in mid-December. The holidays, weather and tentative downtown construction will determine a more definite opening.
The concept will provide a menu of fried and baked chicken along with sides. Ira’s Chicken will feature its signature special seasoning.
The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.
Bob Ashworth of Langston-Black Real Estate represented the purchaser, Peden Holdings, LLP with the acquisition of the property located.
Ira’s Chicken will occupy the building where Bistro 107, Mimi’s and Olive Tree occupied.
