Job fair scheduled to fill Greenville County Schools positions

Greenville County Schools is hosting a job fair Wednesday at MT Anderson Support Center, formerly Southside High School at 100 Blassingame Road in Greenville from 8 a.m. – noon.

About 25-30 full-time and part-time jobs for bus drivers, food service operators and custodians are scheduled to be filled in the next two months. Bus driving applicants aren’t required to have a commercial driver’s license. Classroom and driver training will be provided by the school district.

Employees receive benefits including health and dental, retirement, life insurance and sick and vacation days off.

Applicants will go through SCWorks and hires will undergo background screenings and safety-related positions, drivers and bus aides, will undergo background screenings. Applicants may bring a resume.
