Kohl's opens at 1320 West Wade Hampton Blvd., in Greer at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning.
The 67,000-square foot store, at 1320 W. Wade Hampton Blvd. will have a soft opening Sunday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. with the grand opening scheduled on Friday, Sept. 26 at 8:45 a.m.
The Greer store is the 16th to open in South Carolina and will employ about 100 full- and part-time workers combined. Daryl Atkins is the store manager.
Store hours for next week will be announced Sunday. Next Friday's grand opening hours are 9 a.m. - 11 p.m. A ribbon cutting will be held at 8:45 a.m.
All new Kohl’s stores feature new enhancements and the latest store design. Some features include updated check-out stations, newly designed shopping carts and strollers, redesigned fitting rooms and beauty department, fitting room lounges in misses and juniors, an expanded customer service area located at the front of the store, in-store Kohl’s Kiosks, electronic signs in all departments and free Wi-Fi.
Kohl's, headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisc., will have 1,163 stores across 49 states with Greer among the three stores opening this month.
