Langston is agent for Kingdom Assembly lease, 3 convenience store closings

Chuck Langston of  Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc., has closed several properties for clients.

He represented Hunter Development, LLC in the leasing of 11,000 square feet to Kingdom Assembly Outreach Center "Kingdom Assembly focuses on practical Christian education through bible study and the application of God’s word in everyday life," Pastor Getties Jackson, said.

Langston represented Over the Top Endeavors, LLC in the sale of three convenience stores in upstate South Carolina to JCAN Properties, LLC.  Two of the stores are located in Greer, 1866 Hwy. 101 South and 2851 Hwy. 101 North.  The Duncan location is 127 West Main Street. These locations will re-open in January when remodeling is complete.
