Greer quarterback Reese Hannon, Blue Ridge quarterback Caleb Rowe, Gaffney wide receiver Quinshad Davis and Chesnee linebacker Nathanael Moore were in the running for the title.
Rowland will play in the Shrine Bowl game on Dec. 17 at Wofford College and will play in ESPN’s All-American Game on Jan. 5.
