LifeFM gets Dove Award for Southern/Bluegrass Gospel Radio Impact
The Gospel Music Association (GMA) selected LifeFM Network the 2017 Dove Award for Southern/Bluegrass Gospel Radio Impact.

The Dove Awards recognize a variety of Christian music genres for outstanding achievements and overall contribution to the music industry. The Radio Impact Award honors professionalism and influence in the broadcasting industry. The awards were presented on Tuesday, Oct. 17 in Nashville, Tenn.

Bob and son, Rob, McClure are founders of the LifeFM network.

“We are thrilled to receive this award. It has always been our goal to serve the Lord with excellence,” Program Director Rodney Baucom said. “We try to live out our lives on the air and connect with our audience in a real way.”

The LifeFM Network, launched in 2010, has grown to 24 radio stations in states covering Florida to Illinois and a world-wide online audience at thelifefm.com, providing quality programming with the best selection of Southern Gospel music.

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) (channel 6 charter) will air the awards show on Oct. 22 at 9 p.m.
