A logging truck that crashed into a building on Highway 14 sent four people to the hospital and involved 11 vehicles, according to the Greer Police Department.
The accident occurred about 2 p.m. at Hwy. 14 and Chandler Road when the cab of the logging truck crashed into Jimmy’s Garage and the trailer landed on its side, according to officials.
Two people in a vehicle and two on the property were sent to the hospital, police reported. Everyone taken to the hospital should be OK, emergency officials reported.
A total of 11 vehicles were involved, four on the highway and seven in the parking lot of Jimmy’s. State Transport assisted in the investigation.
