Ludley, Greer High Principal, is Grand Marshal for Christmas Parade

Greer High School Principal Justin Ludley, his wife Barrett, and their oldest child James, 3, will lead the Christmas Parade  through Greer on Sunday Dec. 3 at 2:30 p.m. Justin and Barrett’s 6-month old triplets (Tess, Anna, and Will) will be at home.

The parade culminates Greer's weekend of festive activities,

“Christmas at the Movies” is the theme with more than 90 parade units including Santa Claus arriving at the end.

Parade judges are Greer Relief Board of Directors President Walter Bennett from Pelham Medical Center, Community Partner Chris Manley from Engenius and Senior Class President and  Spirit Week Leader Hannah Perry.

Ludley is from Jonesboro, Ga.  He was hired by former GHS Principal Marion Waters as a math teacher in 2006 and served as assistant football coach, and assistant baseball coach.  During his first tenure at GHSl, Ludley obtained his Masters’ degree in School Leadership from Furman University in 2011. 

The parade lineup will be available Friday by noon.
