Melody Owens, of Greer State Bank, and Mark Owens, President/CEO of the Greer Chamber of Commerce, were recognized for their support at the Greer Police Department’s annual awards event.
“I feel strongly about this award,” Reynolds said. “I don’t give many of these. They were one of many sponsors and they all but organized the event and helped us at the last minute with preparations and getting entertainment and some other things we needed.”
