Angeline Barton Ballenger, 97, widow of Lee Ballenger, passed away on May 10, 2018.

A native of Greer, daughter of the late Joseph Madison and Lois Golightly Barton, she was a homemaker and a member of Greer First Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving is one son, David Lee Ballenger of Kirkland, Washington.

Mrs. Ballenger was predeceased by one brother, John Barton and five sisters, Iris Barton, Nancy Waldrop, Mary Langley, Betty Jo Brown and Helen Barton.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Mrs. Dottie Bryson.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held 9:30-10:45 a.m. Tuesday at The Wood Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Greer Community Ministries, Meals on Wheels, PO Box 1373, Greer, SC 29652.
