Ben Douglas Wood, 72, died April 12, 2015 at his home.

A native of Greenville County, he was a son of the late Benjamin Washington and Grace O'Neal Bragg Wood, a retired employee of Mitsubishi Polyester Film, a US Army veteran and member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Ellen Leonard Wood of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Bobby Adams of Six Mile and Cindy and Jack Blevins of Boiling Springs; four grandchildren, Pam Ellison, Kevin Johnson, Clay and Cody Quinn and five great-grandchildren, Trystan Searcy, Gage and Austin Ellison, Ellie Johnson and Aubree Quinn.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Memorial Park, conducted by Rev. John Mark Turner.

Visitation will be held after the service at the graveside.

The family is at the home.
