Blanche Henderson Hayes, 87, formerly of S. Buncombe Road, died February 13, 2013 at The Cottages at Brushy Creek.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late George Paul and Nannie Greene Henderson, she was a retired employee of Her Majesty and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving is her husband, Wilton (Bill) Troy Hayes of the home, six nieces, and two nephews.

Mrs. Hayes was predeceased by two brothers and one sister.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Dr. Drew Hines and Rev. Michael Long.

A private burial will be in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Honorary escort will be The Happy Hearts of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held 9:45-10:45 a.m. Saturday at The Wood Mortuary.

The families are at their respective homes.
