George Brian Payne, 56, passed away September 29, 2019.

A native of Louisiana, he was a son of the late Reggie Arnold and Vickie June Ray Payne, an employee of Benore Logistics, a former member of the Bailey Masonic Lodge #146, and was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Tracy Phillips Payne of the home; one son, Keith Payne (Britney) of Greenville; two grandchildren, Ayden Payne and Brayden Payne; one special sister-in-law, Barbara Wofford of Greer; several nieces and nephews; and Paw Paw to several adopted grandchildren.

He was also predeceased by one daughter, Tara Maranda Payne and one sister, Cindy Leray Payne.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Highland Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Malcolm Lance.

Visitation will be held 2:00 until 3:45 p.m. Saturday at the church prior to the service.

The family is at the home of the sister-in-law, Barbara Wofford.
