Connie Irene Bayne, 72, of Ridgeview Community Care Home, widow of Joe Kennedy, died March 29, 2014 at the McCall Hospice House.

A native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Coke Bayne and Frances Gault Bayne Alverson, a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Her first husband was the late Gene Murray.

Surviving:

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Mack and Lisa Murray of Taylors; six grandchildren, Tanya Pang, Cassandra Rinaudo, Steele Massey, Ciara Thomas, Trust Thomas and Cody Murray and four great-grandchildren.

She was also predeceased by a son, Vincent Murray and a daughter, Jo Lyn Thomas.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at The Wood Mortuary Chapel, conducted by Chaplain Roy Williams.

Burial will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 9:45 until 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the mortuary prior to the service.

The family is at their respective homes.
