Daniel James Richardson, 62, fell asleep unto the Lord November 7, 2018.

A native of Illinois, son of Barbara Ann Sanders of Zion, Illinois and the late David Richardson.

He was preparing to launch the 2nd part of his life with his love, wife of 30 years, Ylva. Daniel was a devoted Christian and a dedicated family man.

Surviving:

Surviving family are his wife, Ylva Caroline Crisp Richardson of the home; a son, Alex Richardson of Greer; two daughters, Jordan Couch (Caleb) of Greenville and Megan Richardson of Greer; three brothers, Jody Richardson of Wisconsin, Teddy Richardson and Tommy Richardson both of Illinois; a sister, Cynthia Grush of Illinois; his favorite outlaws Michael and Diana Crisp of Wales, United Kingdom; a granddaughter, Clara; and his best friend, his dog, Otis.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Chris Criswell. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45pm Tuesday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
