Ella Geneva Sudduth Nichols, 100, widow of Clarence E. Nichols, died December 10, 2016, at her home.

A native of Greer, a daughter of the late Hattie Ann Campbell and Columbus "Lum" Sudduth, she was a retired Social Worker of the Department of Social Services, and a member of Greer Church of God.

Surviving:

Surviving are children, Clarence Lamar Nichols (Geneva), Lavonia Ann Snow, Jerry Paul Nichols (Helen), and Mary Jane Pearson (Michael), all of Greer; a daughter-in-law, Norma Nichols; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons, Dennis Earl Nichols and Carroll Evans Nichols and eight brothers.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Greer Church of God, conducted by Rev. Tommy Brown and Rev. Deon Louw.

Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home.
