Ernest "Ernie" Lewis, 81, of 221 Silver Creek Road, died April 30, 2015 at McCall Hospice House.

A native of Gibson, Tennessee, son of the late Samuel Ernest and Ruby Jones Lewis, he was a retired employee of Michelin and the CDC, a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran and a member of First Presbyterian Church, Greer.

Surviving:

Surviving are his wife, Mary Jo Putman Lewis of the home; one daughter, Mary Jennifer Bralley of Greer; one son, David Sanford Lewis of Aberdeen, Scotland; and four grandchildren, Will Bralley, Brandon Lewis, Mirka Lewis and Ahron Lewis.

Funeral Services:

A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, Greer, conducted by Dr. Brandi Casto-Waters, Rev. Wayne Cole and Rev. Ray White.

Visitation will be held after the service in the church social hall.

The family is at the home.
