Ervin Jackson "EJ" Howard, 90, widower of Evelyn Faye Golightly Howard, passed away December 25, 2020.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late Bryson Kelly "BK" and Maude Howard Howard, he was an auto mechanic, a member of Ebenezer Welcome Baptist Church and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.

Surviving:

Surviving are two sons, Ervin Dwayne Howard of Greer and Terry W. Howard of the home; one brother, J.L. Howard of Greer; one sister, Ann Gilbert of Greer; and three grandchildren, Ervin Dwayne Howard, Jr., Hanna Faye Howard and Kinsley Howard.

Funeral Services:

A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Highland Church of God of Prophecy, conducted by Rev. Keith Kelly.

The body will lie in state Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 12 Noon until 7 p.m. at The Wood Mortuary.
