Frances Cox Howell, 87, widow of Hobert Troy "Tot" Howell Jr., passed away August 31, 2017.
A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Manning Lee and Fannie Powell Cox, she was a retired employee of Bradshaw Automotive and a member of Washington Baptist Church.
Surviving is her son, Phillip Anthony ?Tony? Howell of the home.
Mrs. Howell was predeceased by one son, Roger Steve Howell, three brothers Carl S. Cox, Donald Lee Cox and Benjamin Cox, and a sister, Helen C. Owens.
A private graveside service will be held at Washington Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family is at the home.
