Frank Steven Kennedy, 68, passed away on June 2, 2014.

A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late James B. and Laura Epps Kennedy. He was a very active member of Lyman United Methodist Church, retired after 30-plus years from Community Cash and a former member of the S.C. National Guard.

Surviving:

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather to his wife, Deborah Godfrey Kennedy of the home; two sons, Craig Kennedy and Brandon Kennedy (Hayley) all of Boiling Springs; two daughters, Shannon Judge of Moore and Amber Adams (Jon) of Duncan; one brother, Ray Kennedy of Florida; two sisters, Sandra K. Dalton of Boiling Springs and Donna K. Boiter (Martin) of Lyman and eight grandchildren, Kassidy Kennedy, Kaitlin Kennedy, Evan Kennedy, John Brandon Kennedy, Nathan Judge, Anna Grace Judge, Kelsey Adams and Tyler Adams.

Mr. Kennedy was predeceased by two sisters, Carolyn Pierson and Joan Hunt.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Lyman United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Brian Gilmer. Burial will follow in Fort Prince Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Evan Kennedy, John Brandon Kennedy, Eric Boiter, Adam Godfrey, Justin Keith, Wayne Keith, Terry Padgett, Terry Blackwell and Alan Calvert.

Honorary escort will be the Community Cash Crew.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Lyman United Methodist Church.
