Genelle Campbell Ponder Dill, 91, widow of J.D. Dill, passed away on September 2, 2018. Her first husband was the late James Gibson Ponder.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late James Alexander and Talley Center Campbell, she was a former employee of Woodland Elementary School and a member of Washington Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are three sons, Rick Ponder (Judy) of Bluffton, Steven Ponder of Tempe, AZ and Craig Ponder (Debra) of Greer; six grandchildren, Shane Waters, Carla Boykin, Jennifer Williams (Jason), Jessica Deuel (Jacob), Cassidy Blanton (Dustin) and Eric Ponder (Tinsley); eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Dill was predeceased by one daughter, Judy Waters and one grandson, Isaac Ponder.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 12 noon, Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens conducted by Dr. Drew Hines.

Visitation will be held 10:00-11:15 a.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.
