Geraldine Virginia Hood Harvey (Mema), 91, widow of Grady George (Zeke) Harvey, passed away January 13, 2019 surrounded by family and friends at her home.

A native of Greer, she was the daughter of the late Sanford Earl and Maude Stepp Hood.

Surviving:

Surviving are her sons, Mark Harvey (Theresa), Stan Harvey (Sherry) and Clint Harvey (Sandra) all of Greer; grandsons, Nick Harvey (Stephanie) and Bruce Harvey; great-granddaughter, Libby Harvey; and great-grandson, Johnny Zeke Harvey.

Mrs. Harvey was predeceased by one son, Steve Harvey and three sisters, Bernice Owensby, Frances Jones and Wilma Curtis.

Funeral Services:

Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Neil Bruce, Butch Cansler, Terry Williams, Danny Hawkins, Gene Burrell and Steve Williams.

Visitation will be held 1:30-2:30 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.

The family is at the home of her son, Mark Harvey.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Halcyon Hospice, 665 N. Academy Street, Greenville, South Carolina 29601.
