Glenn Dowling, 53, of 1308 Reid School Road, died May 2, 2014 at his home.
A native of Orange County, FL, son of Jessie Forsyth Pesenti of Inman and the late William Doyle Dowling, he was an employee of Christopher Truck Company and a member of Pinecastle United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are his wife, Sherryl Johnson Dowling of the home; a step-son, Rev. Charles Ernest Blankenship, IV of Simpsonville; three brothers, Garry Dowling of Orlando, FL., Greg Dowling of Alapaha, GA and Gene Dowling of Inman and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Charles E. Blankenship, IV and Rev. Clyde R. Johnson. Burial will follow in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held 12-1:45 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Mortuary
The family is at the home.
