Gloria Jean Kistler Simmons, 60, of 3 Hastings Circle, went to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on November 29, 2012.
A native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of Evelyn Bolick Kistler of Greer and the late Henry Kistler. Gloria was the director of nursing at Hope Health and Rehab in Marietta, SC and was an extremely active member of Freedom Fellowship.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Emily Simmons of Pickens; three sisters, Jill Webb of Gray Court, Becky Smith of Snellville, GA and Sherri Rossen of Taylors; and one grandchild, Abby Simmons.
A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Fairview Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Cliff Marshall.
The family is at the home and will receive friends after the service at the church on Sunday.
