Gretchen Krusa Roth, 66, passed away January 8, 2021.

Born in Southside Hospital, Bayshore, New York, a daughter of the late Paul K. Roth, Jr. and Barbara Burr Roth, she was most recently an employee of Prisma Health Care Marshall Pickens.

She worked for several years at the Greenville County Detention Center and North Greenville Hospital. Gretchen loved animals, Halloween, cruising the Caribbean, and her friends.

She never met a stranger and was one of the warmest, kindest, most genuine people one could ever meet.

Gretchen touched many lives professionally and personally, and she made the world a better place by just being in it.

Surviving:

Surviving are one brother, Peter M. Roth (Carolyn) of Arizona; one sister, Deborah Roth of New York; one niece, Kim Roth of Arizona; two nephews, Steven Roth of Arizona and Branden Roth of Maryland; special friends, Anita Holcombe of Greenville, Barbara Sanders of Greenville, and Cheryl Solesbee of Mount Pleasant.

Funeral Services:

No service will be held at this time due to the current pandemic, but a celebration of her life will be held at a later date, when it is safe to do so.

The family is at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, donations and memorials should be made to the charity of one's choice.
