William Houston (Hugh) Westmoreland, 91, of 925 Abner Creek Road, widower of Hazel C. Westmoreland, died January 26, 2016.

A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Mont and Eva Poole Westmoreland, he was a retired employee of Greenville-Spartanburg Jetport, a former employee of Lyman Printing and Finishing, a US Navy WWII Veteran and a member of Liberty Hill United Methodist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are three daughters, Cathy Jewell of Wellford, Maxine Westmoreland of Greer and Cindy Hofer of Seneca; one son, Billy Westmoreland of Wellford; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mr. Westmoreland was predeceased by two sisters, Merle Liles and Lois Westmoreland and two brothers, Raymond Westmoreland and Roy Westmoreland.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Davon Harrelson.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held 2:00-3:20 p.m. Sunday at Wood Mortuary.
