Jackie Leroy Gorman, 85, widower of Patricia Murphy Gorman, passed away July 9, 2019.

A native of Greer, son of the late Milton Andrew and Ruby Roberson Gorman, he was a U.S. Navy Veteran, a retired employee of Union Camp and a member of Jackson Baptist Church.

Surviving:

Surviving are a son, Jack "Rick" Gorman (Linda) of Greer; a daughter, Deborah G. Henderson (Danny) of Greer; one sister, Janice Gorman Allen (Jack) of Greer; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Mr. Gorman was predeceased by one sister, Louise Sutherland.

Funeral Services:

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 11, 2019 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Derek Henderson. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Derek Henderson, Dustin Henderson, Christopher Gorman, Todd Gorman, Curtis Emory and Jared Hammett.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary.
